The Tucson Daily Citizen (April 7, 1959) writes of a "Bethel Buckalew, alias Bob Brannen, 30, of 2208 N. Ralph Ave." who pleaded guilty with four others "on charges of conducting illegal games at the Chula Vista home which was raided early Easter morning". A Tucson newspaper article from 1959 shows one "Bethel Buckalew" aka Bob Brannen was busted in a gambling ring with a group of others. Robert divorced his wife in 1980 per his obituary.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
